Tonight marks the opening of Cobb Theatre’s CineBistro located at the Dolphin Mall. This 21 and over facility will take going to the movies to a new level and offers red carpet service. When guests arrive, they will be treated to valet parking. The theatres are equipped with high tech digital video and feature a comfortable, yet upscale atmosphere. With luxury high-back leather rocking chairs and homemade cocktail tables, you will be going to the movies in style.
Along with the exceptional amenities, this new theatre offers innovative cuisine created by Chef Alan Lake and a selection of fine wines and premium cocktails. Menu items include Crab Salad with Mango, Avocado, Grilled Asparagus and Hearts of Palm, Grilled Angus Beef and a variety of tapas - a nice change from the typical movie theatre fare. Guests may eat in the theatre or choose to dine in the 60-seat dining room or the 24 seat private patio.
Cobb Theatres chose Miami as the first CineBistro. More locations are scheduled to open later this summer in Tampa, Atlanta and Daytona Beach.
