Philippe Chow Opens in Gansevoort South
If you are a trendsetter and are attracted to the best that’s out there, you are surely familiar with Gansevoort South. This lifestyle resort sports a spectacular view, first-class amenities and more activities available that you can ask for. It just stepped up a notch, as the long-awaited Philippe Restaurant has opened up. Owned by acclaimed chef Philippe Chow, the menu puts a modern twist on traditional Chinese cuisine. Best known for his Peking Duck, the menu should be reminiscent of his restaurant in New York. Other menu items on the NY menu that will hopefully make it to Miami include: Maine Lobster Spring Rolls, the Nine Seasons Spicy Prawns and Velvet Chicken with Chopped Vegetables in a Spicy Sauce.
