The Hyatt Launches Their New A La Mode Menu

For anyone that knows me, they know that ice cream will win me over every time. When I heard that Hyatt Regency Miami and Hyatt Regency Bonaventure were launching their new A La Mode menu, I got very excited. They have created an entire dessert menu dedicated to ice cream. Yum! This menu combines traditional favorites with new inventive flavor combinations and is available in the restaurants and through room service. So no, not everyone has to know about your ice cream indulgences. Here’s a sampling of the menu:
- Vanilla Honey Bee: Vanilla Honey Bee Ice Cream with Seasonal Fruit
- Chocolate Ice Cream Tiramisu: Espresso-Laced Ladyfingers, Belgian Chocolate Ice Cream, Mascarpone, Cinnamon, Cocoa, and Chocolate Espresso Beans
- Warm Apple Tart: Crispy Puff Pastry, Caramelized Apple, Dulce de Leche Ice Cream
- Strawberry Parfait: Strawberry and Swiss Almond Vanilla Ice Creams with Layers of Butterscotch, Fresh Strawberry and Crushed Meringue
The Vanilla Honey Bee dessert combines fresh seasonal fruit with Vanilla Honey Bee Ice Cream for a decadent dessert. This item was developed to help raise awareness of the honey bees and help fund research to save them, as they are vanishing and dying in the fields. Honey bees are extremely important in creating nearly 40% of the ingredients regularly found in Haagen-Dazs flavors.
